Each member of our sales team has been trained and groomed to provide optimal as well as, individual customer service to meet each clients' particular real estate need. About Our Principle Broker Ms. Howell has worked in the real estate industry for over twenty-five years holding the positions as a real estate sales agent, a broker-agent, managing sales broker, Vice President of a mortgage company, a loan officer and as an FHA/VA approved underwriter. Additionally, Ms. Howell has completed 16 hours of the educational requirements to becoming a licensed appraiser for State of Missouri. Ms. Howell is a certified REO Professional with certifications in Advanced Property Evaluation and REO best practices, earning her the designation of REO Master as well as RCDPro. It goes without saying that our management team as well as, each member of our sales team knows what it takes to get our clients qualified to purchase the property of their dream, determine fair market value of their property to properly market and sale the property, and finally our sales team knows what it will take to get each client the best return on their real estate property. Ms. Howell holds the following degrees , Associates of Arts, Bachelors of Arts in Management, Masters of Science in Management, and 48 post graduate credits hours toward a PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University. Prior to returning to the real estate industry on a full time bases, Ms. Howell worked in the sales department as a front line sales and customer service manager for Sears, Sprint, and most recently as Regional Office Manager for T-Mobile.
