Each member of our sales team has been trained and groomed to provide optimal, as well as, individual customer service to meet each clients' particular real estate needs. About Our Principle Broker Ms. Howell has worked in the real estate industry for over ten years holding the following positions; as a real estate sales agent, a broker-agent, managing sales broker, Vice President of a mortgage company, a loan officer and as an FHA/VA approved underwriter. Additionally, Ms. Howell has completed 16 hours of the educational requirements to becoming a licensed appraiser for State of Missouri. It goes without saying that our managing broker, as well as, each member of our sales team knows what it takes to get our clients qualified to purchase the property of their dream, determine fair market value of their property to properly market and close the sale of your property. And our speciality is REO/distress properties however our sales team is trained and posed to handle retail real estate properties as well. Ms. Howell holds a Bachelors Degree in Management, Masters of Science in Management and 62 post graduate credit hours in Organizational Management. Prior to returning to the real estate industry on a full time bases, Ms. Howell held positions as a frontline sales supervisor and customer service manager for Sears, Sprint, and most recently as Regional Office Manager for T-Mobile.
